Mia Coffee

A Cuban-inspired premium coffee brand expanding into hospitality and consumer markets. We led creative direction, design execution, and ongoing refinement of marketing and sales materials — turning a complex product ecosystem into a scalable, sales-ready system.

Mia Coffee packaging and iced drinks staged poolside at a resort — premium Cuban-inspired coffee brand

Mia Coffee covered a wide product ecosystem — cold brew on keg, ground and whole bean, espresso pods and bulk, RTD Café con Leche, tea, retail packaging — and needed a single creative system that could carry all of it. The work had to read as cohesively premium across hospitality, food service, and consumer channels.

approach

A modular system, scaled across a deep product line.

Premium, Cuban-inspired positioning translated into a system flexible enough to accommodate a high volume of SKUs and formats — and disciplined enough to keep them all reading as one brand. Layout, hierarchy, and typography were tuned for fast comprehension by hospitality buyers, distributors, and end consumers.

Iterative throughout. Bag artwork, layouts, and product imagery refined across multiple revision cycles as the line evolved.

deliverables

Decks, sheets, packaging, and the system underneath.

Sales decks and portfolio. Comprehensive product sales decks across cold brew, ground coffee, whole bean, espresso, RTDs (Café con Leche), tea, and retail packaging — including layout, product hierarchy, copy, and SKU integration.

Sell sheets and product systemization. Clear, repeatable sell sheet structures covering case sizes, weights, formats, and flavor variants. Visual frameworks built to expand quickly as new products land.

Packaging refinement. Bag, pod, and can artwork audits and updates — typography, shadows, label formatting — across multiple revision cycles.

Brand assets. HTML and image-based email signatures. Sample bag insert concepts. Translation of physical product ideas into design directions. Cross-team workflow alignment across Mia, Ingenious Roasters, and JavaPlus.

outcome

A sales-ready system, not a stack of files.

Fragmented materials transformed into a structured, presentation-ready sales system. Product naming and visual identity unified across every line. Materials deployed for distributor submissions and stakeholder reviews — and a scalable design framework set up to absorb new products without breaking the brand.

premium, on every surface.
